Project Objective
JEA replaced a portion of failing sanitary sewer line on Escambia Street between Norwood Avenue and Fraleigh Avenue. Failures to sewer lines can potentially cause sewer back-ups and roadway issues.

Construction occurred in the City’s rights of way, streets and easements.
